Give the yolks some flavour!
This is a finger-food so simple to make. I made this without measuring, simply by instinct and it tastes good. Thought I'll share it with you. The amount is up to you. Cut some hard-boil eggs (about 4) into halves. Removed all the yolks into a bowl. Flavour the yolks with some salt, pepper, a couple teaspoon of curry powder, a little bit of mayo, and mix well. Then, with the same teaspoon, scoop the yolk mixture back to the egg halves, into the little bowl shaped cavity where the yolk used to be. Try to do a neat job, but it's quite easy. Lastly, give each a little topping of caviar. This is very quick and easy if you think about it. The main job is to flavour the yolk well. |
